By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following "Terms and Conditions". These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relations arising as a result of purchasing the product from the Web store are regulated by applicable legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Prices in the Web store are stated in euros (€).
Shipping in the Republic of Estonia is free of charge. An additional charge of shipping is added to the purchase if ordered outside the Republic of Estonia. It is up to us which shipment provider we would like to use in order to ship the product.
Our product may be subject to import taxes and duties if the product is ordered outside the EU. Any charges levied in customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. New prices will be valid immediately after their publication.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS
To purchase a product from our website, select the product and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
You can review your shopping cart to see the items that you have selected with the product price, shopping cost and total amount. To proceed to the checkout page click on the button “Checkout”.
Fill in the required information carefully to avoid any mistakes. Fast and smooth delivery depends on the accuracy of the submitted information. Thereafter, select the suitable delivery method and payment option. We offer payment by credit/debit card (VISA, Master Card) or offline payment through your bank link. Offline payments can be made directly to our bank account with our bank details and instructions given under “Offline payment” option. Offline payment is available for all SEPA countries without any additional fees. In the last step you can review and confirm the order.
Our products are shipped with standard recorded postage and are available for shipment in Europe only. If you wish to order our products overseas, please contact us in the “Contact Us” page to get more information about overseas shipping costs.
Our products are made to order and are ready to ship between 3 to 10 working days depending on the availability of the material.
Shipping can take 2 to 4 working days in Estonia, 7 to 12 working days in Europe and 4 to 6 weeks overseas. We take no responsibility for the delays of the delivery.
RETURN POLICY AND REFUND
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date. In order to return your purchased item(s), please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The products have to be returned in its original condition, inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging and components. We will not accept any item(s) with any indication that is was used or it has been damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own cost and are fully responsible if the returned packaging / product has been damaged or lost during that shipment.
The credit for the returned item(s) will be refunded back to customers’ bank account in 14 working days from the date we received the returned item(s).
If the item proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use, e-mail your complaint to email@example.com including customers name and stating exact description of the deficiency. If possible, we will repair the deficiency or replace the item(s).
Variations in texture and color are the characteristics of vegan textiles. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, misuse, accidents or from any alteration, service or repair.
Warranty claims are not eligible for a refund.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
